Stellar Expanse is a browser-based science fiction game focused on exploration, survival, and combat in deep space. You take control of both the pilot and the sole crew member aboard a spacecraft traveling through dangerous and unpredictable star systems. Every decision matters, whether you are navigating through open space, exploring unknown planets, docking with orbital stations, or fighting to stay alive against hostile alien lifeforms.

The game allows seamless transitions between multiple gameplay modes. At one moment you may be piloting your ship through a distant system, and the next you may be walking through its corridors repairing damaged systems, responding to emergencies, or preparing for planetary exploration. Your ship is not simply transportation — it is your shelter, your weapon, and your last chance of survival in the cold vacuum of space.

Throughout your journey you will encounter abandoned facilities, alien worlds, underground structures, hostile environments, and remnants of lost civilizations. Some locations may contain valuable resources and opportunities, while others may become deadly traps with no way back to orbit. Orbital stations provide temporary safety where you can trade, interact with NPCs, accept missions, and upgrade your equipment, though even these places are not always as safe as they appear.

Stellar Expanse combines atmospheric science fiction exploration with survival mechanics, real-time ship control, and immersive world interaction, all directly inside the browser without requiring installation. The current release represents the foundation of a much larger universe that will continue to grow with future updates, new systems, locations, mechanics, enemies, and gameplay features.
